Where Can I Go To See Samples Of Your Mockups?

The easiest place to see the quality of our mockups is to go to our Etsy shop -> https://Confanza.etsy.com OR you could join our email list and get a few free samples -> https://bit.ly/mockuplist

When Will I Get My Mockups?

We will send you an email on the 10th of each month. That email will have a link to our google drive where that month's mockups are located, allowing you to download them at your leisure. If there is a major holiday coming up (like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) we will have a few holiday mockups mixed into the pack to keep your shop and promotions current.

How Do I Cancel?

You are not locked into any set length with our memberships allowing you to cancel at any time. Simply email us at confanzadesigns@gmail.com, remember to include your name and the email address you used to sign up for the membership. We will then cancel it for you, no hassels. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your cancelation (don't cancel on the last day of your current membership).

What's The Advantage To This Membership Over Your Etsy Store?

First off the convenience of not having to search through Etsy looking for a mockup will save you time allowing you to design more. Secondly, the designs you receive as a member are available EXCLUSIVELY to Members Only for 90 days. This gives you the advantage of using UNIQUE mockups that are not publicly available, allowing your shop to stand out from the crowd on Etsy and social media.

When Will I Be Charged The Monthly Fee?

Even though your new mockups will be delivered on the same day every month, your monthly membership will be charged based on the date you joined us. Say you join on the 1st of the month, you will get your welcome pack of mockup files immediately, then on the 10th, you will get that month's batch of 17 mockups. Payment for the next month's membership will occur 30 days from the date you joined us. So as long as you are a member, you will continue to get 17 mockups on the 10th of every month.

Do I Get Any Mockups Right Away?

You sure do! Right after joining our membership we will email you with a link to the google drive folder that contains your signup pack of 17 designs you can use right away. Please allow 15 minutes for the email to get to your inbox from our servers. If you do not see it (and checked your junk folder), please contact us at confanzadesigns@gmail.com, from the email address you used for your signup.
